Montauroux, Provence. Set in over an acre of land facing
south towards the beautiful Lac St Cassien, Esterel
mountains and to where the sun sets spectacularly each
evening. This is the ideal villa for those looking for
relaxation in peaceful surroundings yet just 40 minutes from
Nice airport and 10 minutes from the A8 autoroute.
The villa, which has 5 air conditioned bedrooms and 5
bathrooms offers the charm of Provence with its’ traditional
use of local colours and combines both modern and
traditional features that afford comfort and relaxation to
clients. The interior has the modern convenience of en-suite
rooms, The lounge / dining room along with its terrace is
perfect for entertaining or perhaps relax by the secured
terraced and alarmed pool with its covered dining area with
built-in BBQ and kitchen area. There is also WiFi throughout
the property and plenty of secure off road parking.

Property Details
Villa Amboise is close to shops including a Patisserie within walking
distance, although we strongly recommend hiring a car if you are arriving
by plane. Three supermarkets, the Farmers Market and other shops as
well as a number of restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive as are
the villages of Montauroux, Fayence and Callian which feature pretty
squares where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or just explore the pretty
Provencal streets so typical of the area. Lac St. Cassien has entertainment
for all tastes and ages, from fishing to pedaloes and several restaurants
for those who just want to enjoy the view whilst enjoying ‘Moules Frites’
and a glass of wine or two.
Slightly further afield is Grasse, the perfume capital of the world .
Vineyards of Provence can be found to the west with the nearest,
Domaine Grande Bastide. just 20 minutes away at Fayence.
The coast is just a short drive and the hot spots of Cannes and St. Tropez
are all reachable within 40 minutes. At the villa you will find a folder with
more ideas for trips out and places to explore and we are always on hand
to suggest more.

Europe
Gliding:
The flying club of Fayence-Tourettes, once a military zone, is now considered to be
the best gliding centre in Europe. Founded in 1935, it is located just 10 minutes
drive from Villa Amboise. Flying and gliding lessons can be arranged easily and
enthusiasts from all over the world come to enjoy spectacular flights over this
beautiful region.
