Property Updates & Reminders….

Bulky Items and Trash at Dumpsters: We

have noticed a tremendous amount of bulky items,

such as furniture, cardboard, and trash being left

around the dumpsters. Please be advised that this is

a lease violation and there is a $25 fine, per item left.

If the dumpster nearest to you is full, please use one of

the 10 other dumpsters within

the community. Thank you for

your assistance in keeping our

community beautiful for all to

enjoy!

Scoop the Poop! Please

remember that not picking up

pet waste can be a dangerous

health hazard and is also a

fineable offense. Any pet

owners spotted leaving waste behind will be fined

$50.00. You are also subject to a fine from the Village

of Clemmons Stormwater Management. Please make

sure you ”Scoop the Poop”. We appreciate your

assistance in keeping our community sanitary!

Know Your Lease: “You agree that We may reject any

attempt by You to pay rent if you are in default of this Agreement.

However, should We choose to accept a late rental payment from You

after the fifth (5th) calendar day of the month, You will also owe us a late

fee (“late fee”) of...five percent (5%) of the Total Monthly Rent…. The

late fee shall be considered additional rent, and You will owe Us the late

fee without Us having to demand it from You, and you will tender the

late fee, together with the late rental payment, only in the form of a

Cashiers Check or Money Order.”

What Does This Mean? If your rent is paid after

the 5th of the month, you must include your late fee, and it must be paid

by certified funds such as a Cashiers Check or Money Order.

Mr. Fix-It Says…

Solid foods should not be disposed of in the garbage disposal. Primarily “liquidy” items such as soups, cere-als, and other such foods that are not easily disposed of in your garbage can, should go in the disposal. Limiting the types of materi-als put in the disposal will prevent clogs and break downs later on.

Don’t pour grease down your sinks. The grease hardens in the piping and causes clogs down in the lines. Place your grease in a con-tainer or can to harden, and then you can simply throw it away.

Occasionally run ice through your garbage disposal to minimize bacteria, odor, and to keep your blades sharp.
