These post-run yoga asanas will help reduce pain, stretch your tight muscles, and help you to recover
faster. This practice will focus on relieving soreness and tension in your hardworking muscles and
restoring range of motion.
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive
stretching and deliberate relaxing. During the long holds your muscles are allowed to relax deeply.
This class is very mellow and nummy.
