PR2105 STABILAT D2010 PR 2105 Stabilat D2010

has been designed for reducing or eliminating Isopropyl alcohol. It is compatible with all types of pre-sensitised offset printing metal plates and all dampening systems on sheet-fed presses. When using STABILAT D2010 in reducing or elimination of Isopropanol, the best results are achieved when the dampening rollers have shore hardness of 22 - 26 maximum.

STABILAT D2010 is also recommended for use with soft to medium hard water and works well with conventional and UV curable inks as well.Good wetting of the plate, also at high speed, even > 15,000 sph.Low build-up on the blanket and therefore long lasting intervals.Suitable for all dampening systems equipped with brush, spray, conventional or continuous alcohol dampening system.Constant pH.Highly efficient.Stable and safe.Excellent printing performance.Effective plate protection.Effective micro-organisms protection.The ink setting should be reduced by 10 -15 % when printing without alcohol.Usage of 3 – 4 % in general.2 % in demineralised water : pH 4.90 – 5.10

is developed for reducing or eliminating Isopropyl alcohol with a special combination of mixtures suitable for water containing hydrogen carbonate >200 mg/l. It is compatible with all types of pre-sensitised offset printing metal plates and all dampening systems on sheet-fed presses. When using STABILAT DH2010 in reducing or elimination of Isopropanol, the best results are achieved when the dampening rollers have shore hardness of 22 - 26 maximum.Constant pH.Highly efficient.
