Available in either a three or fourdoor size, single or double deep, this seriesreplaces our existing Monterey and Heritagecredenzas with a few significantimprovements. The cabinets come standardwith champagne width racking and eightinches of bulk storage up top. This assuresthat most all 750 mil bottles will fit andincludes the flexibility to store largeformat bottles without compromisingoverall capacity. Cooling System OptionsThere are two cooling system designs available foryour wine storage cabinet.

The QT System is the single most advancedwine cellar temperature and humiditymaintenance unit in the world. It minimizesnoise while maximizing the unit’s ability tocool. The system employs natural convectionrefrigeration, allowing the cabinet to coolfrom the rear forward resulting in higherefficiency. Temperature consistency isassured by the temperature equalizerfeature.

The WhisperKOOL® System is theeconomical option for meeting the cabinet’scooling needs. It utilizes the industry-standard forced air-cooling system. TheWhisperKOOL system comes in two differentsizes: a standard 1200 BTU model and a 2300BTU model for extra cooling in demandingenvironments.

PDT TM Thermostat SystemAll of our cabinets come equipped with the

PDT ™ Jr. as the standard thermostat system. Thethermostat incorporates a self-calibrating liquid

measuring probe for precise temperature andhumidity control for your wines. The thermostat also

features a built-in defrost cycle to prevent frost build-upand heavy duty circuitry, designed to resist power surges.

The optional PDT ™ thermostat upgrade, adds an effectivetemperature display for exact temperature readings

displayable in both Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Liquid-Measuring ThermostatThis system incorporates a probe designedto measure the liquid temperature in a winebottle rather than the air temperature of thecellar.

Dual Zone Cooling SystemOur dual zone cooling option provides twoindependently cooled and temperaturecontrolled wine storage areas in one cabinet.Outfitted either with QT or WhisperKOOLcooling systems, dual zone cooling establishestwo individual cooling zones each rangingbetween 45 to 70 degrees. Available in 550and 700 sizes only.

Front VentingThe cooling solution for building our winestorage units into existing cabinetry or intotight spaces where ventilation is limited. Thisdesign increases cabinet height by 3 inchesand encloses the backside. Two ventilationfans are mounted inside the top section. Thefans draw air from beneath the cabinet acrosscondensor coils and out the front of the unit (atthe top).

Note: It is recommended that the customer receive theunit prior to preparing the space into which it will bemounted.

As your winecollection grows, having your Vinothéquecabinet in the kitchen will allow you tokeep the wine where it is a part of youreveryday lifestyle and food preparation.Vinothéque cabinets are designed tomaximize bottle capacity whileminimizing the overall space of thecabinet. The front venting optionallows our units to be built into yourexisting cabinetry while maintainingthe ideal temperature and humidityfor the aging of your fine wines.

• You have the option of selecting your own doorhandles to be included on the cabinet. Have itnoted on the order and send your handles to thefactory and we will install them for you.

• Be sure to install the thermometer probe into awine bottle filled with water. This will assurethe unit is accurately measuring liquidtemperature.

• The cabinets are designed to cool to amaximum of 50°F or 30°F cooler than theambient temperature of the room. The unitswill operate as necessary to maintaintemperature and humidity.

• Create a detailed layout of your home and thepath movers will take, making sure doorwaysand corners are large enough to get throughfor the final placement of the unit.

• Make sure the flooring is sturdy enough tohandle the weight of a fully loaded cabinet,which can be substantial.

• The moving company hired to install yourcabinet is the responsibility of the distributor.Work closely with your distributor to avoidincurring additional moving costs.

• The cabinet needs adequate ventilation in order tocool effectively. Open rooms provide the bestventilation.

• The units operate best if they are filled to a minimumof 75% of their capacity.

• We believe the QT Series to be the quietest cabinetsavailable, however, the motor will produce some noise. Ifnoise is an issue, please observe one in operation to gain anappreciation for its noise level.

• Upon receiving your order, the company will send you an owner’smanual. Please review it immediately so you can prepare for theunit’s arrival and set up.
