Nicholas KristofColumnist & Human Rights Advocate> Kristof is a humanitarian and Pulitzer Prize

winner known for his work in advocating for

women’s rights across the globe. Also an activist

Gregory BoyleFounder, Homeboy Industries> As a response to the civil unrest in Los Angeles

in the early ‘90s, Father Boyle—an expert on gangs

and intervention approaches—launched Homeboy

Bakery, the first enterprise in a long line of businesses

above all, the opportunity for rival gang members to

work side by side. It grew into Homeboy Industries,

the largest gang intervention and re-entry program in
