The more you participate, the more points and health bonus you will receive • Can I continuously see how many points I have? Yes, you earn points daily, which you can conveniently monitor via the app. Every quarter your points are zeroed out and you begin earning new points. • Is there any daily limit to how many points I can earn? Max 280 points per day. Of which max: • 140 activity points (either coupled to your steps or active minutes per day, depending on which gives you the most points) • 40 p for reading two daily tips • 30 p for monitoring and registering three daily habits • 20 p if you measure or register your sleep • 50 p if you sleep >7 hours per night • In addition, you can earn points by setting goals, completing a lifestyle profile, logging in to the app for the first time and regularly participating in activities • What are the different point levels for earning a health bonus? There are four point levels. Depending on which level you reach every quarter, it earns a certain bonus. Earning SEK 1,000 in health bonus for a year requires that you reach level 4, i.e., at least 24,000 points per quarter, or 96,000 points in a year. Invite friends and follow colleagues

• Can I follow my colleagues? Yes – colleagues who have enrolled in Virgin Pulse. But you first have to send an invitation, and once the colleague has accepted, you can see each other’s steps during the past seven days.

• Can I invite friends outside of the company? You can invite up to ten friends from outside of your company who can use the health app, but they do not receive any reward in the form of a health bonus.

• Can I challenge my colleagues? Yes. You can create challenges coupled to healthier habits or step challenges and then simply invite those colleagues that you want to be included.

Handling of my information • How is the data and information that I provide saved?

Skandias personal data about you is stored in Sweden and Germany. Virgin Pulse who are Controller for its own activities store the personal data in Germany and United States. If you want to read more about how information is handled go to:

• How is the information used? Virgin uses data and information for internal research and product development of the platform.

• What information can Skandia access? Skandia can only access information at an overall level and will use the information to see the company’s accumulated activation, wellbeing and statistical progress. Four times a year an administrator at Skandia receives information about total points, to be able to pay out your health bonus.

• What can my boss and employer see about me? Nothing. Neither your manager nor your employer nor anyone else can access your private information. Only information at an accumulated company level about the company’s activation, wellbeing and statistical progress.

Discontinuing use of the health app

• If my employment or insurance ends, can I continue using Virgin Pulse? No. The service will be discontinued within about 30 days after your employment has ended.

• How do I discontinue using Virgin Pulse? Contact support. See the contact information below.

• Can I demand that any information I have provided will be deleted if I stop using Virgin Pulse? Yes.
