Art. 1 - INTRODUCTION

1.1 - Preamble - This competition is played in accordance with the International Sporting Code (CDI), General

Motorsport and Karting Prescriptions (PGAK), Specific All Terrain Prescriptions (PETT) and the corresponding Sporting

and Technical Regulations as defined in Art. 1.2.1, this Regulation and annexes thereto.

Art. 3 - ENTRIES

3.1 - Entry Procedure – The entry form is available on the FPAK website (https://portal.fpak.pt/races).

3.1.1 - Entry form will be considered accepted after receipt of payment within the stipulated at artº 4.1.

3.2 – Closing date for entries – According to the Art. 2 from this SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS.

3.3 - Details concerning the co-driver must be sent prior to 13.30 hours to 01st of October 2021.

3.4 – Valid licenses

For licensees from other National Associations, it is necessary that pilots are accompanied by their sporting licenses

and respective National Associations authorizations.

Art. 4 – ENTRY FEES

4.1 – Entry Fees:

The entry will only be accepted if accompanied by the total amount of the entry fee. To be accepted, competitors

must send proof of payment of the entry fee by email to the rally secretariat ([email protected]) by

the closing date of entries.

Art. 9 - SERVICE


9.2 - Maximum distance between AP

From Assistance A to Assistance B, end of Section 2/SS1 – 170,20 kms

From Assistance B to Assistance C, end of Section 2/SS2 – 75,20 kms

From Assistance C until the end of the 2nd stage/final of the competition – 170,20 kms

9.3 - Assistance is authorized after the end of the Prologue, SS 1 and SS 2, in the area created for this purpose,

located in the upper car park of the Reguengos Fair and Exhibition Park.

At the end of the 1st stage, Competitors may place the vehicle in Park Fermé until 9 pm.

Night assistance is authorized at the end of the 1st stage, in the Service Park, so vehicles will have to enter the Park

Fermé for a possible technical check between 8:00 am and 9:00 am on the following day, October 3rd.

The AP must have a circulation corridor delimited inside, with a single entrance and a single access exit in relation to

the normal course of the competition. The AP has installed, before the exit, a properly signposted Refuel Zone.

You will only have authorized access to the AP, in addition to the Driver and Navigator, 4 mechanics per car and the

team leader. Access is controlled through security at the entrance and exit of the AP.

Art. 10 - ADMINISTRATIVE AND SCRUTINNERING CHECKS

10.1 – According to the Art. 10 to the PGAK and Art. 8 to the PETT.

10.2 - Identification 1st driver and 2º driver/co-driver – according to the Art. 9.1 to the PETT.

10.3 – Final Checks - Oficina PNEUS & COMPANHIA, na Via Grande Lago, n.º 4, Zona Industrial em Reguengos de

Monsaraz.

the track. If such a case should occur, the crews may pass around the obstacle and return to the track immediately

after.

The Clerk of the Course may use the competitors track monitored and recorded by the tracking system to check

eventual deviations and especially short cuts. These will be reported to the stewards who may impose penalties at

their discretion.

Art. 12 – COMPETITION

12.1 – official time throughout the competition- GPS Portugal (GMT+1)

12.2 - Selective Sectors – According to the Art. 20 to the PETT.

12.2.1 - SS Maximum Time – 15 minutes from Qualifying Stage; 210 minutes from SS 1 and SS 3; 70 minutes from

SS 2.

12.3 - Official itinerary - According to the o Art. 11 to the PETT

12.4 – Any attempt to tamper with, to manipulate or to interfere with the tracking device fitted to the competing car

or any device that fails to record a trace due to external interference will be reported to the stewards who may

impose a penalty up to disqualification. according to the Artº 11.2 to the PETT.

12.5 – Early check-in is permitted on arrival at the Controls 1E, 3E and 4E, crews can check-in in advance or delay

without incurring any penalty, according to the Art. 19.3 to the PETT.

12.6 - Rali 2

A competing team that has not completed the stage is allowed to start the next stage, unless it confirms otherwise in

writing to the CC.

This provision applies to all teams not classified because they have exceeded the maximum time limit, or have failed

a check. It will not apply, however, if the team has been disqualified for one of the following reasons: having

committed an infraction, having violated the traffic rules, not complying with the entry requirements for the race or

by decision of the SM, according to Art. 2.19 of PETT.

14.1 – According to the Cross-Country Rally Sporting Regulations to championship/cup/trophy at Art. 1.2.1.

14.2 - In FIA Cup competitions, vehicles that meet the standards defined in Annex J of the CDI, that have an FIA

Technical Passport (duly authenticated by the FPAK) and that are registered will be admitted.

Art. 15 – DRIVER´S AND CARS SAFETY EQUIPMENT

15.1 – Car Equipment – According to the Technical Regulations to the CPTT 2021.

20.2 - The starting order for the Qualifying Stage and Selective Sector 1 is defined in accordance with art. 10 of the

PETT.

TPTT Competitors depart after the last CPTT competitor.

For Selective Sector 2, the starting order will be the arrival at the SS 1 STOP.

For Selective Sector 3, the starting order will be the according to the last general classification to 1st leg (with

penalties included).

20.3 – For Qualifying Stage, the starting is given minute by minute to all Competitors.

In all Selective Sectors, the matches for the first 10 Competitors will be given every 2 (two) in 2 (two) minutes. For

the rest it will be minute by minute.
