Shri Siddarameshwar Education Trust was started in the year 1975 to cater to the needs of the

society in the field of education. Currently Twenty educational institutions are being run by the

trust.

India is known for its contribution to education since the Vedic age. Now India's higher

education system is the third largest in the world, after China and United States. The technical

education has an important role in generating knowledge and to share, applies the same for the

economic development of the country. Building youth for the future rather than building future

for the youth is our motto at our S.G. Balekundri Institute of Technology.

The management of SGBIT has taken all necessary steps to impart quality education and

personality development skills through dedicated and eminent scholars in the field of knowledge.

Career development, character building and disciplined life style development is of utmost

priority. Many student oriented programs were planned to enable the students to attune

themselves to the global context. Apart from curricular activities, the students are guided to

inculcate the heritage customs and values of our motherland.

We intend to enrich our students with world-class education facilities and shall elevate our

Institution to the higher standards in the global context.

I wish all the success, with holy blessings.
