• The inhabitants of the farm include alpacas, dogs, peacocks, goats, miniature horses and a donkey (in addition to humans)

The Norwegian Olivine Centre, (NOS), Åheim

• One of the world largest olivine deposits• Find your own gem stones at the “Peridot Square”

In the gravel you can find great specimen of peridot, eclogite and garnet peridot

A hiking map with 112 well marked paths, some of them also accessible on skis during winter, is available.

Local guides can organize easy or more challenging trips.

The paths are also well suited for bicycles, a great way of experiencing the area.
