Saturday started with an continental breakfast in WISE restaurant,

then we attended the Welcome for the weekend’s call to

“Zero Carbon Britain: introducing the project in the “Wise

Sheppard Theatre”. All that morning was contact with the

Community and LOW CARBON for FUTURE.

It was fantastic, I enjoyed it

considerably, it was video

graphics and funny, there were

some pictures and videos

about differents ways to

visualise the carbon emissions

in a city”

First, we were driven to our accommodations in the Eco cabins on

the south side of the hill. We drove there, and read instructions

on how we must use the cabin. We left our boots and entered. Inside

was the living room with a stove.















“A man was waiting for us and

he drove us up in the Water-

balanced Cliff Railway. It is a

pioneering project in itself and a

unique feature in Europe, it is an

excellent introduction to the

realms of sustainable

technology.”
