The Congressional Medal of Honor is the nation’s highest honor recognizing valor in action against an enemy force. It is fitting that this facility is named after two Congressional Medal of Honor recipients—Colonel Carl Sitter and Colonel Van Barfoot.
Just as these men demonstrated the highest standards in conduct and performance, so, too, does this care center deliver the highest standard of care to our veterans.
