Completed over 250 hours of administrative internship activities under the supervision of

Ms. Stephanie Silman, Principal at Sahuarita Middle School.

Observed and fulfilled administrative duties in the areas of student discipline, curriculum and

instruction, teacher observation and evaluation, extracurricular and athletic supervision.

Student Mentor Program Coordinator, Sahuarita High School, Sahuarita, AZ, 2014-2015.

Trained over 30 upperclassmen to become freshmen mentors and provided them with

resources to guide the mentor-mentee process.

Targeted over 50 at-risk freshmen through data analysis of grades, behavior and extra-

curricular activities.
