2. Analysis of surface water in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (ARC) (2003 - 2010)
• The main departmental network monitoring water quality, fully covering the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea:
• 1. Republican Sanitary-Epidemiological Station (SES),• 2. Republican Committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for
environmental protection,• 3. Crimean Republican Hydro meteorological Center,• 4. Republican Committee of Water Economy of Crimea
Figure 2.2. Integrated scheme of observation points for environmental monitoring in the Crimea
Figure 2. 3. System of environmental monitoring of surface water quality in Crimea
Analysis of the structure and modes of observation systems of departmental environmental monitoring in the Crimea showed that interagency cooperation is not sufficient for effective environmental management in general and water resources in particular. Agencies share primary data, as a rule, only in exceptional cases. This is due either to the need to provide data for regulatory and licensing documents (e.g. maximum allowable emissions, discharges, etc.), or due to emergency situations of technogenic and ecological character.
The results of the analytical control of surface waters quality (2003-2010) in the form of a database are presented in Annex 4 and GeoServer of TNU -http://envirogrids.crimea.edu/;http://80.245.119.241/geoserver/web
3. Analysis of the incidence and morbidity of population of the ARC (2001 - 2010)
3.1. Public health level monitoring (Ukraine, Crimea)
State Institution "Center for Health Statistics of the Ministry of Health" (http://www.medstat.com.ua/).
In the center of medical statistics of the Ministry of Health a national data base on public health, integrated with European databases ("Health for All", ECO, Eurostat, etc.) is established.
• Statistics of diseases is provided in accordance with the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. 01.01.1993.
3.2. Changes in the population of Crimea (2001 - 2010)
Figure 2. Vital StatisticsЕстественный прирост населения
Figure 3. Cause – specific Death rate among the population of Crimea
01.01.2011 г. - 1954800
р.
Conclusion 1.The vital statistics (natural population growth) is negative - 2.7 ppm (2011).2.There is a general tendency in mortality, but the death from the disease dominates as the leading cause of death.3.The share of deaths due to infectious and parasitic diseases increases in the general structure of the Crimean population death rate.
3. Analysis of morbidity and incidence of the population of the ARC (2001 – 2010) (urogenital system, illnesses of blood circulation, digestive apparatus, infectious and parasitic)
To identify the dependencies (correlations) between the quality of the surface water, drinking water quality and the health status of the population of the region is very difficult. This is explained by the fact that the health status (morbidity and sickness rate) of the population is determined by the combined effect of many factors of different origin (economic, social, environmental, biological, historical, etc.). The quality and the quantity of water involved in human activity for use as drinking water, for cultural and community needs, for fishery, irrigation, etc., is one of the factors that can affect health.
4. Analysis of dependence of the health status of ARC population from the quality of surface waters
???...
To analyze the dependence of the state of human health from the surface waters quality Simferopolsky region of Crimea was chosen. This is because Simferopolsky region is one of the most utilized and studied areas, with a fairly well-developed ecological infrastructure, system of monitoring of the environment, surface and drinking waters, as well as the level of public health.
