H/W deployment and InstallationEnsure end-to-end installation and physical connectivity of the required solution components.

24x7 Help Desk ServiceWe have Technical Support Helpdesk, which in turn take over responsibility of problem resolution.

o Client may contact the Helpdesk by sending mail or via phone or contact Online Service to Vocus Central NOC Team to make any responsible query. Client is requested to specify the problem and provide necessary data while logging the query. Helpdesk acknowledges the receipt of the request immediately by generating a complaint ticket number.

o Vocus engineer shall respond within the specified time as per the defined SLA of Vocus from the initiation of the client request.

o Vocus engineer shall use reasonable effort to provide client with recommendation, so that the fault can be located and /or remedied as per SLA.

o If client requires Vocus attendance at the site, Client shall always confirm the request by sending an email to Vocus Central NOC team. Vocus shall use its reasonable efforts to have the system engineer (If required) on the site as soon as possible and will make all the necessary practical arrangement for the System.
