  • Adding a Background Right Click – Format Background Solid Color, Gradient, Picture, or Pattern Options.

  • Adding an Image Insert Tab - Picture

    Clip Art Insert Tab – Clip Art. You can search for free use clip art.

    Right Click on Image – Format Picture. Add shadow, increase brightness, crop, etc..

    Boarder and Effects Click Photo – Format Tab Boarder options, and effects.

  • Adding Charts Insert Tab - Excel will open. Place your statistics in the table. You can edit the text by clicking on that portion of the graph as well.

  • Adding an Animation Click what you want to animate. Animation Tab – Add Animation. You can add fade in and outs as Well as motion paths.

    Timing Animations Animation Tab – Animation Plane This is your time line. You can edit the length and technical aspects of the animations having one come after another. Time line of animated clips

  • Adding Audio Insert tab – Audio – Audio from a file. The audio will appear as a speaker icon.

    Trimming Audio Click the speaker icon- Playback tab – Trim Audio. You are able to cut off the beginning and ending.

    Setting audio to start automatically Click speaker icon – Playback – Start: Automatically

    Set to Automatically. Trim Audio. Adjust Volume.
