DefinitionA volcano is basically a mountain except it erupts with a lot of lava and ash!!!

ExplanationVolcanoes have a lot of grass, dirt and ash. The way volcanoes form is that rock from the mantle melts and gets out of weak spots in the crust.

Explanation (part 2)Volcanoes also have lots of mud, trees, and rocks!

Causes Volcanoes erupt because pressure builds up, heat expands, and earth shifts!!!

Why are volcanoes cool?Volcanoes are cool because they show that the earth is always at work and that the earth can change easily!

Famous

Two famous volcanoes are Mount Vesuvius and Mount Tambora . Mount Vesuvius exploded 2,000 years ago. Mount Tambora erupted in 1815!Surviving! There are a lot of ways to survive volcanoes! Iceland sprayed cold water to stop the flowing!Volcanoes are very hot they can burn a lot of things!
