Majority of our frames come with heat-treated tubing. This allows the tubing to be stiffer/ stronger due to altering the chemical property of the metal.

Not only do tapered tubes add a great aesthetic look, they taper to a smaller diameter to where the tube doesn’t get a lot of stress. This method allows the tube to be lighter w/o sacrificing strength.

Similar to the tapered tube description above but ovalized tubes that we usually use on our chainstays allows more tire clearance and really stiffens up the triangle

Low stand-over frames got popular back in the day and due to riders wanting more cockpit room. Some felt as though the bike looked better with the seat slammed and with a lower seat tube height. Personal preference feature.

Taller stand-over frames were the norm. Back in the day and are slowly on the rise again. Taller seat tubes allow a rider to sit (yeah, I said it) comfortably and grip the seat better for barspins. Personal preference feature.

THRASHER

DENNIS HICKS: HOP. PHOTO: LEO FURMANSKY

FEATURES:Our new Thrasher is the next step of frames to take any abuse you can bring at it. While we didn’t want to change around the Cutter’s overall geometry, we decided to start from the ground up for the geometry on the Thrasher. The Thrasher was designed from the input from tricktrack.org users and our team riders. We think we’ve accomplished all of that and then some.

Available colors• TOP TUBE: 21.6, 22.6, 23.6, 24.8• CHAIN STAY: 16”• BB HEIGHT: 12.25mm• HEAD TUBE ANGLE: 74.5º• SEAT TUBE ANGLE: 74º• WEIGHT: 5 lbs 2 oz • COLORS: Chrome, Raw & Flat Black

FEATURES:This year’s Cutter is a lot more refined than all the other versions we’ve done in the past. We’ve always kept our ear tuned on what our customers are asking for on each version and this one is no different. Curved seat tube, Can Headtube, wider seatstays and chainstays and new graphics are this year’s major changes. We kept the overall geometry of the Cutter for those that still wanted the shorter toptube and still wanted that “track feel”.

FEATURES:The Vandal was first introduced 4 years ago for those older BMXers that wanted a bigger bike that fits them better than your average BMX bike. That nostalgia is still there in the all new Vandal frame. Full 4130 Sanko tubing with tapered TT, SS and CS. Integrated disc brake mounts and low profile dropouts makes this frame ready to hit the gates or your local doubles. Vandal fork and bars sold separate.

FEATURES:• With the majority of riser bars on the market being aluminum, we really wanted something that riders can abuse without sacrificing strength in the process. We’ve seen too many aluminum bars break due to how brittle the metal is. Yes aluminum is affordable and light as hell but don’t have the same strength as our CRMO bars. The Hipsters come from the same tubing as our 13-butted, 4130 CRMO, heat treated BMX bars.

trickster bar V2

FEATURES:The birth of the original Trickster bar was from our first 26″ BMX Sledgehammer bar. We felt that it needed a lil’ more finessing and ended up with one of the most popular fixed gear bars to date. Great geometry and feel make this bar feel great whether you’re just cruising or jumping stairs.

FEATURES:With the longer TT on the Thrasher frame’s geometry and steeper HT angle, we really wanted/ had to have a fork to put the frames geometry to its proper specs. We decided to go with a standard A2C length and also made the aesthetics similar to the Thrasher frame.

FEATURES:The goal with the Fu Manchu fork was to have BARSPIN clearance on every size frame we make and to make it strong enough for to take the abuse of the modern day fixed gear rider.

FEATURES:One of the most frequent asked questions is: “When are you gonna do a fixed complete.” We’ll… now! We’ve been working on our Thrasher complete for awhile and it’s finally come to fruition. Our major goal was to keep it high-end yet still be affordable. The majority of the bike is exactly what our own team riders ride everyday. Same great Thrasher frameset and components to match. This bike is ready to go, right out of the box.

FEATURES:Our all new Sledgehammer stems from our original that we brought out during 04-07. We shortened the CS and lengthened the TT, as well as other little geometry changes. The all new Sledgehammer now handles like it should have, quick and easy to maneuver just like any 20″ BMX bike. Our goal again was something that you can cruise around on but still be able to hit the local doubles.

FEATURES:Our first Generator frame was from one of our CRMO, single speed frames that we used to jump around on. We later transformed it into a full-on commuter with an 8-speed Alfine hub and front and rear caliper brakes. Some of the main features we always wanted were an eccentric bottom bracket and fixed dropout that give it a simple and clean look. We also stepped up to dual piston, hydraulic disc brakes.
