CROWD MANAGEMENT

□ 8:45 am – 1:00 pm □ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm □ 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm □ 9:00 pm – 12:30 amShifts will be assigned according to your availability

RUNNERS:

CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS (preferably GPRC students/individuals with knowledge of the campus):

□ 8:15 am – 4:00 pm (includes breakfast, orientation and clean-up of classrooms)

SPECIAL EVENTS: Feast and Round Dance

□ 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm (duties may include serving, greeters & clean up)

□ 8:00 pm – 12:00 a.m. (duties may include on-going clean up, selling 50/50, serving elders)

CLEAN UP (ROUND DANCE):

□ Saturday, 12:00 am – 1:00 am

Please note: The following checks are required when volunteering (GP Friendship Centre will provide a letter to accompany your CRIM check to waive its fee, it takes up to 3 weeks to complete. IRC checks are free).
