The new Volunteer Hours Report forms are designed in such a manner as to provide us the name, an accurate loca- tion, and time spent on speciic assign- ments. (Please see image.) We ask that the Volunteer Hours Report be illed out daily so our reports are accurate. Turn- ing in a week’s, month’s, or in some cases a year’s worth of hours complicates our reports. Accurate and daily reporting of hours helps us serve our members the best we are able. With the startup of the volunteer stations in each building (introduced in last month’s newsletter) we are trying to make it easier for you to report your hours daily without having to come to the Marden. We appreciate your cooperation. Be sure to print all information that is required. Reporting Your Hours Free Meals Are Available You may be furnished a meal, at no charge, if your assignment extends over an established meal period. To qualify, you should work at least 2 hours prior and 2 hours after lunch. You have the ability to secure your coat, purse or other items while you are here volunteering. You do need to bring your own lock, and we ask that all items and lock are removed when you leave. The lockers are for daily use only while you are here volunteering. They are located in the hallway across from the museum in the Marden Center.

KX KarriageThe new KX Karriage is up and ready for volunteers.

We want to run the karriage one day per building, two loors in the morning and two loors in the after-noon. The karriage is setup to offer overstock items to members who cannot make it to the KX. The karriage will be taken to the common area on each loor and volunteers will walk the halls knocking on doors invit-ing members to come and shop.
