Symptoms and Signs
• Colicky abdominal pain

• Abdominal distension
• Nausea

BAE: complete retrograde obstruction

Colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy
TreatmentNon-operative procedure• Successful rate : 70 % ~ 90 %
• Rigid sigmoidoscopy with rectal tube decompression : left in place for 48 hours
