1.1 Bilateral reconciliation

When customer and vendor both use VOS V2.1.7.00, they can enable bilateralreconciliation. Customer and vendor need to enable this feature in routing/mappinggateway at first on their own VOS, and set upper/lower value as well as other parametersat the meantime. VOS will check the amount deviation of customer and vendorautomatically according to cycle which is already set. When amount deviation is overupper value, VOS3000 will alarm and notify relevant personnel.

This feature can increase reconciliation efficiency of customer and vendor, customer andvendor only need to check the amount which is alarmed by VOS3000.

When customer and vendor both enable bilateral reconciliation, you can set “Mappingbilateral reconciliation deviation”alarm in VOS3000.

1.2 Voice samples（optional mode）

Add “Voice samples”, this feature needs you to enable media proxy, when media proxy isenabled, you can see the value of caller/callee rx radio/video in current call. And you canright click one current call to perform “voice samples”“Voice samples” feature can support G711 and G729 for now.Default time value of Voice samples is 30 seconds, you can modify it in <Systemmanagement> - <System Parameter>

1.3 Recording（optional mode）

V2.1.7.00 supports recording feature, you can enable this feature in additional settings ofmapping/routing gateway and phone management.

Naming rule is: date-caller number_type(0 is phone, 1 is gateway)-callee number_type(0is phone, 1 is gateway)-caller IP-callee IP-flowno(serial number) of CDR.media coding

Record files are saved in the hard disk of server, and we provide tools to generate .MP3and .wav files for your choice.

You can delete record files in the server or “Data maintenance” of VOS3000 client.

1.4 Anti overdraft

How to enable: enter <System> - <Account management>, click “Edit” of <Additionalsettings> - “enable anti overdraft”. This feature is used for preventing overdraft in a largenumber of concurrent calls situation.In the old version, if account balance is 1 Yuan, rate is 0.1/minute, one concurrency cancall 10 minutes. But if there are 10 concurrent calls at the meantime, VOS will calculatecall duration of every concurrency according to account balance and rate, that is to say,every concurrency can call 10 minutes and account will have a 9 Yuan overdraft.In the new version, add “anti overdraft” feature, you can set advance number of minutes to

prevent overdraft in the algorithmic level.You can set “Account anti overdraft advance the number of minutes each time (minutes)1-15” in <System parameter>

1.5 Support NTP

The new version is based on linknat limited’s private algorithm, using multiple internationalcertified clock source to ensure accuracy of time.

What’s more, call duration and billing will not be influenced during ntp service running.VOS will calculate correct call starting and ending time according to call duration to ensureaccuracy of CDR.

1.6 Non standard e164 prefix for caller, put caller into black list

according to number of calls

Add “Non standard e164 prefix” for caller

For example: if you add prefix 77 in ” Non standard e164 prefix”, you can call normallyeven if caller number’s prefix is 77.

Add dynamic black list for caller which exceeds limit number of callsFor example: set ”Malicious call dynamic caller black list concurrency limit 1-10000” as 2,caller “8002” will be put into black list when it calls the second time.

1.7 Show “Loss” of packets in <Current call>

Add “Loss” of media stream(including audio and video), it is very helpful in malfunctionanalysis. With this feature, you can confirm the lower ASR issue or decrease in soundquality issue caused by network in the shortest time.

1.8 OTP (One Time Password)

In the new version, we add dynamic password feature, you can decide to enable ordisable this feature.How to use:Select the user for which you want to enable this feature and then right click toselect”Enable dynamic password”

You can install .apk file on your phone which is based on android OS and open the app toadd a server.

In the new version, we add “Add the prefix to the callee by proportion” feature.For example: Set “proportion” as 2:2:4, callee number will be added the prefix byproportion when traffics go through this mapping gateway.

In the new version, we add “Customer fee rate automatically create” feature, you can useit to generate customer rate automatically. There is no need to modify rate manuallyanymore. Provide with a basic fee rate, a supplier fee rate and a desired profit you need,VOS3000 will calculate and generate a new customer fee rate for you.

1.16 Optimize hot standby featureIn the old version, you need to input password when master switch to slave.In the new version, we get rid of this step and use more precise algorithm to ensureconsistency of data.
