As per discussion in meeting BSNL can have 3 types of subscribers. A) Corporate customer which are having reduced tariff than normal subscriber due to corporation plan. Monthly rental will be deducted for those subscribers. In case balance is not available in customer account, all services of subscriber will be barred from IN. These customer will be managed via IN. These will not be provisioned in VPN system.Rest Life cycle call flow for these subscribers will be same as normal IN subscriber. B) Second type of subscribers are CUG subscribers with normal tariff plan. 1. Subscriber is a normal Active prepaid subscriber and he subscribed to CUG facility. 2. Subscriber will be created at VPN by Provisioning System and CSP at HLR will be changed also. 3. If surepay is giving an error, VPN will move that number to Suspend State. During Suspend state, calls will be working as a “Personal Call”. 4. At the time of Creation VPN system will send Bundle Subscription HLAPI request for VPN services to OCS with zero fee. 5. Further on Recurring Charges will be deducted from customer on first day of month. Method used will be bundle subscription only, but this time with Bundle fees as per VPN profile. 6. If subscriber rental deduction is not success, VPN will allow Grace Period of three days to that subscriber. 7. After Grace period, the number will be moved to suspend state. During Suspend state, calls will be working as a “Personal Call”. 8. VPN will have frequency to check for rental deduction @ 4 times every day. 9. Every month rental can be configured as Prorate or not. It can be decided by VPN System. 10. Some of the plans don’t have any freebies. For those plans, surepay is attaching some dummy feature package. So that rental deduction would continue as per the same method of Bundle Subscription. 11. If In any of the plans, Rs.XYZ/- talktime to be given. That is configured as Cost bucket.

A) If subscriber do not recharge ,After suspension period, number will be moved DEACTIVE state. Those deactivated numbers will be shared to Sanchar Soft. Provisioning system will delete that number from VPN, change HLR CSP profile to IN and VPN will send unsubscribe bundle HLAPI command to IN.

B) If he recharges after one month, then rental for last month will be deducted.

13. If customer goes to BSNL customer care and he wants to unsubscribe services of VPN, then also above call flow will be followed.

14. For each HLAPI request, Transaction ID should be a unique Value and Generate AMA = Y should be present.

C) Third types of subscribers are CUG subscriber with reduced tariff plan.

Call flow of those subscribers will be same as Type B subscribers
