1. What is driving you to continue in AIESEC? Why have you decided to stand for Conference Committee Member of WACS 2016 in Togo? What do you envision for this conference? What do
you want to take out of this experience?
2. What is the relevance of AIESEC to the Togolese society? What has AIESEC done for Togo so far? How do YOU envision the impact that AIESEC can make in the Togolese society with this
conference?
3. How different do you think a national conference is from an international conference and what will be your unique contribution to ensure that WACS Togo 2016 becomes a
memorable success?

CCVP FINANCE 1. Assuming it’s the last day of the conference and yet you have a deficit of about 1,200,000 FCFA ($2000) to pay to
the hotel. There is no money left in the account to use, how will you handle this situation? Propose 3 strategies to
use in avoiding debts at the end of the conference;
2. Draw a drafted budget considering a total number of 350 as delegation, FACIs and externals. What should be
done to ensure that the conference ends with a profit of about 3,000,000 FCFA ($5000)?
3. How do you plan on synergizing with other portfolios to ensure proper accountability of all expenses made by
the team? How do you plan on dealing with unforeseen cost regarding the conference that was not planned for in
the budget?
1. Analyze how AIESEC and the conference (WACS) can capitalize on this.
2. Provide a detailed planning of activities for the role for the first 2months including specific MoSs
3. Detailed a suitable Marketing plan for WACS and reveals the value proposition of the conference

5. Assume in September, with less than a month to go you have not signed any partnerships, what will

2016 and have a lot of delegates (both

CCVP DS CCVP MaC&PR 1. What do you foresee as the biggest challenge of this role
in the conference before, during and after? How do you
plan on dealing with them?
2. What will you consider in your point of view the key
factors that impact the experiences of delegates, FACIs
and externals alike in an international conference? What
will you do ad CCVP DS to ensure that the delegation of
this conference have that WOW experience before leaving
the country?
3. Its arrival day and at the conference venue delegates
start to complain about missing items and luggage’s
which you can’t account for, food that are given them are
not to standard and even cause some of them food
poisoning and worse of it all some delegates end up
breaking priceless artifacts of the hotel during the
conference. As CCVP DS explain how you will deal with
these situations during the conference before it ends to
avoid extra cost and embarrassments of law suits from
both the delegation and the hotel.
CCVP LOG 1. What in your opinion are the key logistical factors that will impact the delegation in an
international conference? Which single one do you think will play the most important role and is
urgent to ensure? WHY?
2. Describe an ideal Venue for WACS 2016 in Togo and WHY such a venue. Highlight 3 main
characteristics of the venue that makes it right for an international conference in Togo
3. On day 0, delegates have arrived and the Global Village is about to start with all externals
(embassies and even the Special Guest of Honor His Excellency the PRIME Minister of Togo)
present, the lights go out and worse you lose some of the logistics needed for the program to start.
What will be your contingency plan and how will you firefight the situation together with your
team?
CCVP Special Events 1. What will you consider as the main responsibilities of the CCVP SE? What are the main challenges
you anticipate in organizing special events in an international conference and how do you plan on
overcoming them?
2. An international Conference is a great opportunity for a hosting entity to better position
themselves and generate visibility to build impactful long-term relationship with various
stakeholders. Suggest ideas and strategies in which you will use Special Events of WACS in Togo
2016 to meet this objective (Global Village, Opening Ceremony, Youth Speak, Gala Dinner and Study
Tour). You can as well add other events you perceive to create this same kind of impact and can be
added to the conference.
3. Imagine just the start of WACS 2016, 2 nights before the Global Village start the officials of the
venue give you a call to apologize for some miscommunication on their part concerning booking of
the venue because they mistakenly double booked the place and the other party is currently there
doing decorations. How will you deal with this situation? (Please be detailed with action steps and
timelines)
