WAHO POST-CONFERENCE TOURS | 09 - 17 February 2019 Please refer to the detailed information, including hotel descriptions, in the Conference brochure and the Conference Website to assist in selecting your tour(s). Prices are per person, either at the single rate for one (1) person, or at the reduced rate each for two (2) persons travelling together and sharing a room. When calculating the amount due, remember to multiply the Double/Twin rate x2 to determine the accurate amount due. Prices are fully inclusive of guides, hotel accommodation with breakfast, Wi-Fi and applicable taxes, meals as described & coach transport. For information about one-way flights to each Post-Conference Tour destination, which are not included in the tour price, please see below.

Airfares to join the Post-Conference Tours to Victoria (Tour VIC), Queensland (Tour QLD) & New Zealand (Tour NZ) are not included in the relevant Tour Fees listed above. On receipt of your registration form we will contact you to learn your requirements, so we can inform you of the ticket prices and book your flight(s) accordingly. Estimated one-way airfares are shown below, although these are subject to change. Your one-way or return flights will be booked for you, to fit in with your planned return flight home according to your airport of departure at the end of your final selected tour. VISAS | Passport holders from all countries except New Zealand must have a pre-issued Visa and a valid passport to enter Australia. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after your planned arrival into Australia. Visitors from different countries require different visas: some are free of charge; most are not. Full details with relevant links can be found on the Conference Website visa information page. You must apply for your visa well in advance either online or at your nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate, as some Visitor Visas can take several weeks to process. We advise you to obtain your visa before booking your flights. You can send us your flight details later by email, after these arrangements are booked.

Our WAHO 2019 Conference Team is happy to assist accredited WAHO 2019 Conference Participants to obtain the appropriate Australian Visitor Visa with the minimal amount of difficulty and expense. This can include sending you a personalized Visa Invitation Letter to assist with your application.
