Owners will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the products selected in accordance with any manufacturers’ instructions. The delivery and recordation of a Unit Deed shall constitute the assignment,
without recourse, of the manufacturer’s or dealer’s warranty, if any, covering the product and Owner waives all claims against Developer for the products selected. In the event of the breach of any of
