Renowned international event that has contributed since its origins to the development of an innovative and effective

format for the practice and high-level dissemination of Kickboxing disciplines under the aegis of the WAKO, the World

Federation of reference recognized by the IOC.

A format borrowed everywhere, an event that every year show us new details, technological innovations, and disciplines.

In fact, in recent years we have witnessed an ever-increasing participation of Ring Sport athletes with an excellent level

who contribute to making the conquest of the top positions in the standings ambitious. Position that assigns a score that

helps to define the Best Fighter of the various disciplines of WAKO.

Last born, but already of great impact, is the inclusion of the competitions reserved for the “Children" in Pointfight style. Dedicated space and great

attention to our very young Champions to whom the whole sports world looks with great interest.

To all this we add the splendid scenery of the Adriatic Riviera in that of Rimini known throughout the world, famous for the Art of Hospitality

"of kindness, of the renowned cuisine.

A show whose direction is entrusted to the skilled hands of the creator of the format, the Master Gianfranco Rizzi, Master and Technician of great

depth, a deep knowledge of our disciplines and "maniac" of perfection, of details.

Dear colleagues Trainers, Masters and Sport Executives,

With true pleasure, I invite you to the Bestfighter Wako World Cup 2019.

This is the 24th edition and we are working hard to keep the promises we made to you. 1) Increase the number of

competition areas to speed up the development of competitions, and 2) be able to proceed with the awards in a shorter

time. We have paid particular attention to days and times for accreditation and weight control, to make it easier for you to

organize your trip to Rimini. It is our way to thank you and your athletes; that with the high professionalism of your schools,

you have contributed for years to the success of the tournament.

Dear Athletes, this year we would like to launch a new initiative, we want your suggestions; we will keep it in mind and we

will do everything possible to implement them, we want to build the perfect race with you. Coming soon on the official

website www.bestfighter.com there will be a special space to welcome your advice, take advantage of it. Actually, we

believe that it is a great help to confirm the opportunity to start in more categories, paying only the first two. While another significant help consists

of the registration fees discounted until 12 may

Dear Referees, the success of the Bestfighter, like any tournament, depends largely on you, for this reason, all the staff and I will try to facilitate you

to facilitate your difficult task. I am sure that this year too you will be able to play your role with impartiality and professionalism, and for this, you

deserve special thanks. I really thank you for the passion with which you dedicate yourself to our sport, just like the athletes and fellow Masters.

REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN ON SPORTDATA, AND WILL CLOSE JUNE 10 (LAST DAY). You can find the link to the Sportdata Registration page on the website www.bestfighter.com or directly on Sportdata: REMEMBER THAT JUNE 10 (24.00) is the last day for registration. After that date, Sportdata will close registrations and changes will no longer be possible.

REGISTRATION FEES from 13 May to 10 June: Children (Experimental 8-9 years Pointfight) 25.00 euros; All others (YC-OC-JU-SE-MA) 35.00 euros for each individual registration. TAG TEAM (Team competitions 2 athletes) 60.00 euros for each team. TEAM EVENT (PF Team competition 3 men + 1 woman) 100.00 euros for each team.

Payment: Fees payment directly at sport hall to the Desk/Accreditation set up at RDS Stadium.

As promised, to help Fighters and Associations, each athlete will ONLY have to pay the first two individual entries, the subsequent ARE for FREE.

Additional Information

Required documents: All athletes must submit the following documents: National Federation’s Card/Booklet, Identity Card, and Medical Certificate for the specialty they are competing for. The Ring Sports Athletes must also submit certificates of examinations required by law and the Wako Rules. Women (RING SPORTS) must also submit a test that confirms that they are not pregnant. All competitors must also to fill the two Wako documents, and give to referees at weight-in room: 1) Wako questionnaire for medical examinations 2) Wako Release of Liability, which you can download from the website www.bestfighter.com in the "INFO" section. All these documents are mandatory.

News: this year as you will see from the website, there are many news that we have adopted following your suggestions; both in the program (days and times) that tends to facilitate your travels, both in the organization.

There are changes in the categories; check the "Division & Categories" section on Sportdata. This year, in harmony with Italian Federation and Wako, we are proud to propose the Children Category (Children aged 8 and 9, only in the Pointfight); these classes are intended as EXPERIMENTAL and the very young will be particularly protected, and in agreement with the National Medical Committee, they will compete with the Helmet with visor and bodices.

Referees: as you know, for many years we have been trying to have a high standard in the quality of the referees who are summoned to the Bestfighter. In particular, in the last three editions, thanks to the excellent work of the CNA, the convocations have been increasingly reserved for the class "A" Referees of international level. We want to continue on this path to offer a better service to our athletes. The class "A" referees who wish to contribute their support to the Bestfighter 2019, are requested to contact the following Chief: Marco Pacor and Sami Savo (Ring) and Oriano De Bei / Manuel Doria (Tatami).
