SUPERIOR INSULATION & STRUCTURAL RIGIDITY
All CrownTonka walk-in panels are manufactured in non-HCFC ENVIROFOAM™, environmentally sensitive urethane foam, with a choice of 3.5”, 4”, 5” or 6” panel thicknesses for high efficiency insulating properties, significantly reducing energy consumption and running costs. All panels have tongue and groove construction, with gasket applied to all joints, forming an air-tight seal. CrownTonka walk-ins feature wood or high density foam rail, with metal facing and
foam in place bonding, together with cam lock panel fastening for structural rigidity.
Because everyone’s needs and preferences are different, CrownTonka walk-ins are engineered and built to your exact dimensions and specifications. Flexible design and modular construction techniques ensure that walk-ins meet your exacting requirements, helping you maximize operational efficiency.

SLIP RESISTANT, ANTI-BACTERIAL FLOORINGAll Crown Tonka walk-ins, requiring a floor for foot and hand cart traffic ratings, are now supplied with Sanisteel® slip resistant, anti-bacterial floors as standard. Sanisteel® is a pre-coated steel offering unprecedented hygiene characteristics. Independent tests have also demonstrated that Sanisteel® delivers unparalleled slip resistance characteristics, even when wet, for improved workplace safety.
• Better slip resistance than ADT by ASTM F 1679 test standards• Eliminates many harmful and potentially dangerous bacteria strains• NSF certified• High resistance to corrosion and scratches• Available only through CrownTonka
Anti-bacterial Sanisteel, with a white finish, is available for walk-in walls and ceilings, eliminating bacteria, germs, fungi and algae.
DOORSAs standard, CrownTonka walk-ins are supplied with in-fitting overlap self closing swing doors. Standard features include:
• High quality, heavy duty hardware with safety release• Magnetic door gasket and door bottoms• Pre-hung for doors of up to 48”
