Walking on Our Knees TogetherJune 2014Dal and Beth StantonSofia, [email protected]
The Well interns (both American and Bulgarian)
arrived launching a summer of study, travel, growth
and Kingdom building! Even as I write to you, interns
and Well staff are in Istanbul for a weekend plunge
into yet another cultural/religious milieu.Interns are involved primarily in two
Community Outreach initiatives through
the summer: English Clubs and Baseball.
Hugely strategic, these ministry platforms
allow interns to develop Christ-directed
relationships among Bulgarians furthering
our larger church planting initiative.
Please PRAY for The Well and the growth
in Christ of each of our interns!
The Summer Begins The Well
Local Churches from US Involved TooOur summer is not only The Well, but local churches from the US are
critical in helping provide musclefor our summer Baseball Camp,
English Camp and several Community Outreach projects. Heres how it
works for English Camp: Interns develop and cultivate relationships
throughout the summer. At the end of
July, a week-long English Camp provides an
intentional context to deepen these
relationships and introduce them to Jesus.
Two churches from the US will be helping
us this year execute the English Camp(Thanks Ardenand Carriage Lane
Presbyterian Churches!). But thats not all!
Today this youth team from Chestnut
MountainPC arrived (see right!) to help
with youth/children outreaches in Roma
communities, and Sunday a team from
Cross PointChurch will arrive helping with
our Baseball Camp next week! Please
PRAY for camps and US teams helping!

Beth attended the conference of the International Christian Alliance onProstitution (ICAP) in the US in May. You prayedfor her and your prayers
were answered! Beth said it was an unbelievable time of uplifting and
encouragement for her and the 350 or so practitionersgathered from
throughout the world. Beth also made key networking contacts that
may greatly help us moving forward! Please continue prayingfor wisdom as we cultivate a partnership with
Servants Anonymous Foundationbased in Canada. With SAFwe are exploring
the creation of a long-term care house for rescued Bulgarian Daughters. Pray!
Please prayfor another new, needed initiative the DofB Outreach Team hasstarted walkaboutsin Sofias city center to identify hotspotsto develop a
