1. Review your assigned “Joining the Journey” behavior(s) and describe what opposite behaviors

would look like.

Then,

2. List the various impacts those opposite behaviors would have on coworkers and customers.

Finally,

3. Select someone to present your opposite behaviors and their impacts to the entire group.

1. Work together to draw an avatar of a coworker (manager or employee) who “Walks the Talk”– with

physical attributes, clothes, tools, equipment, etc. that depict the characteristics and behaviors of the person. HAVE FUN!

Then,

2. Select someone to present and explain your flip- chart drawing to the entire group.
