ANNOUNCEMENTS Jeff Davis CALL TO WORSHIP Shaun Hartsell
∆ OPENING HYMN Like a River, Glorious #737
RECONNECTING TO GOD Lynn Schindler Eternal God, we create proverbial forest fires with the spark of our tongues. We are guilty of careless or wrong words that turn har-mony into chaos, throws mud on reputations, criticizes neighbors, and burns down bridges. In our haste and thoughtfulness, we break down the body of Christ. With our tongues we bless You; with the same tongues we curse the very men and women made in Your im-age. Forgiving Savior, show us the deadliness of our errors and lead us into opportunities for change. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
CHILDREN’S MESSAGE Ashley Lee Immediately following the children’s message, the children will be escorted to our modular youth buildings with Carolyn Haug for children’s church. Parents, please pick them up following the service.

Amen.

WISH LIST Help us Build the Kingdom of God!
K-CUPS Office staff and church visitors alike agree, Star-bucks Blonde roast and Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla coffee K-Cups make for a perky church office with highly productive staff. Have you come by for some coffee, a chat, and maybe some prayer recently? If not, stop in! And if you are so inclined, bring a box of K-Cups with you! Approximate Cost: $12 BUFFET/SIDEBOARD STYLE CABINET: Our Secretary is “nesting”...in the office...no, there is no “news”...but we are adding a little female touch to the place. Does anyone have a used furniture piece that you would be willing to donate to the cause? It will hold delicate things, like Dunkin Donuts coffee K-cups, a vase of freshly cut roses, a fancy-pants sugar bowl, etc.
OPPORTUNITIES We are looking for volunteers to serve:
PAID NURSERY STAFF POSITION A part time job opportunity is now available at the church on Sun mornings from 9:00am—12:00pm and Wed evenings from 6:00pm—8:00pm. Contact Jeff Davis: [email protected]. INTERNS PCH is offering internships to college students for College & High School Ministries. These positions are paid upon successful completion of the term! For more info on how this may be the opportunity you need to gain vital experience & volunteer hours, contact Jeff Davis at [email protected]. LANDSCAPE LIAISONS We are blessed with some great individuals who serve our church & the Lord by volunteering their time to mow the grass each week! But they need some help! Would you be willing to give of yourself by pulling weeds? If so, contact Pastor Shaun: [email protected].
WE’RE LISTENING! Do you have a specific comment or suggestion?
Please take a moment to share your thoughts
