Warranty Claim Care Registration
Step 1: On the Michelin B2B Portal, select EBUSINESS or TOOLS & SERVICES > MICHELIN ONCALL from
the top menu
Step 2:
Option 1 – EBUSINESS – Scroll to Reference Documents at the bottom, and then click on Application User Registration – FixPix/Warranty
Option 2 – MICHELIN® ONCALL™ – Under MICHELIN ONCall Mobile Picture select Application User Registration – FixPix/Warranty
Step 3: You will now be at the Warranty Claim Care
registration page.
Select Mobile Users at the top.
Step 4: You will now be at the Mobile Users screen.
Any mobile users that have been registered will be
listed, otherwise the screen will be blank.
In order to add a user, right click on the screen and select “Add”
Step 5: Fill out the registration form for each user.
Click “Save” when complete.
Here is what is needed in each line…
Email: Primary email address that the user will use
Last Name: Users last name
First Name: Users first name
Contact #: Primary phone number with area code
Return label email: Email that any tire return label will be sent to
Dealer: The exact ST of the dealer that the user belong to
Status: Active, unless you are deactivating the user
Locale: Type of language that the user will use
Sync WiFi Only: Select “No” if you want the user to sync via mobile networks or Wifi. Select yes if the user is only to sync
over a WiFi network and not use any mobile data.
