The Physical Plant, Process & Outputs5
Warrior provides land/plantation owners with a complete turn-key
solution for local manufacture of renewable energy. The initial offering
from Warrior accomplishes processing of copra and palm kernel into the
a bio-based equivalent to ASTM D975, Grade No. 4 heavy fuel oil, suitable
for diesel-electric generator sets and marine grade diesel fuel
applications.
Reliable “off-the-shelf” components are configured for robust
performance to manufacture biofuel in the Warrior process design. All
components are appropriately scaled with replacement parts readily
available. The equipment set and refinement process are detailed below:
• Industry-Standard, 3-Phase de-sludging centrifuge for oil purification
yields food oil quality oil using established industry standard methods
to remove gums, particulates, and water.
• Continuous Flow Micro-Filtration process insures the elimination of
filter blocking gums, particulate, and microbial growth.
• Flash Vaporization Mass Transfer Tower: Continuous flash vaporization
water removal increases the available fuel energy during combustion
and eliminates microbial growth. Fuel stability improves while
reducing filter blocking tendencies.
• Custom Chemistry additives improve long-term engine reliability.
Specific biofuel properties are modified, including viscosity and surface
tension to improve fuel droplet formation, improving combustion
efficiency. Targeted combustion enhancing catalyst additives reduce
soot and improve exhaust emissions. All serve to improve engine life

Resource Acquisition & Resource Enhancement 3
Warrior provides a critical component to
economic and social security of
autonomous South Pacific nations; that
is, energy self-reliance. Our value system
is about people taking control of their
lives and claiming their birth-right for
self-determination.
In Fiji, coconut production in 1950 was 4.5 times greater than it is
today. Very little of this discrepancy can be attributed to lost
arable land. There’s no debate that coconut groves have been
targeted for development, a result of a tourism-based economic
focus, there are, however, vast and appropriate lands throughout
Fiji (as one example) where coconut production can again flourish.
Warrior is currently in discussions with landowners and copra
producers regarding enhanced production through
implementation of agricultural engineering practices which include
expert personnel and decision support software for identification
of pest and diseases with control measures, fertilizer
recommendation systems, water management systems and
identification of farm implements for coconut crops.
Warrior partner, NIU Industries is investigating tax free/ duty free
agricultural leases on the main coconut producing island in Fiji,
Vanua Levu, where thousands of acres of high-yield, cost-effective
land is available at a cost of several hundred dollars an acre, as
opposed to freehold land leases which command a premium of
$1,000 and acre or more and require a 20-year lease term. In
short, land owners who partner with Warrior in the short term will
realize the benefits of:
• Proven, affordable equipment, innovative chemistry, and
ongoing technical support.
• Access and training in agricultural best practices and agricultural
engineering.
• Reduced cost for supplementary copra to maintain optimum
biofuel plant outputs.
Our Energy Future: Challenges & Opportunities
Developing economies are at risk of disruption in supply of affordable
energy. The Secretary General of the UN describes conditions of “energy
poverty” in rural locations and calls for an international initiative,
“Renewable Energy for All”.
Warrior Biojet believes that affordable access to energy is a human right.
We are committed to bringing an integrated slate of appropriate-
technology renewable energy solutions to rural peoples. We are
developing a robust and efficient “Energy Island” approach where nothing
is wasted and byproducts are further converted into energy resources and
soil amendment.
Our most important deliverable is promotion of human potential by
establishing the foundation for economic development through
renewable energy infrastructure, grounded in sustainable agricultural
practices to cultivate the abundant natural biological resource base.
Warrior provides the renewable energy foundation needed for economic
development in the South Pacific, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Affordable and appropriate technology solutions support cultivation of the
natural resource base while increasing financial security. Local economic
development attracts & retains younger educated people. Renewable
energy provides the basis for increasing prosperity while reducing risk due
to disruption of imported energy supply.
The cost of imported petroleum is an ongoing national emergency in Fiji.
A majority of Fijians have little access to electricity, refrigeration, and
lighting. We are solving the energy supply problem while providing an
economic basis to cultivate the abundant natural coconut resource,
allowing Fijian’s to retake control of their economic destiny.
In a recent presentation by the Governor of
the Reserve Bank, Fiji’s importation of
petroleum was identified as one of the main
areas Fiji needs to improve upon. The World
Bank has targeted a reduction of petroleum
fuel imports by $100M per year for the next
three years.

Renewable electricity produced from locally produced Warrior biofuel
offers several compelling benefits:
• On-demand electricity produced from diesel electric generator sets
serve as ready reserve capacity to produce electricity in response to
peak demand.
• The need to replace power resulting from outages and brown-outs
is well served by diesel generator sets.
• Locally generated electrical power allows existing electricity grid
infrastructure to meet growing industrial development and housing
needs because electricity supply delivered to the grid, close to the
point of consumption, reduces the need for costly grid upgrades.
• Biofuel has high energy density and is efficient as an energy storage
medium for on-site electricity generation via portable generation
sets in response to storms and other natural disasters.
• Rural employment is increased. Schools, towns, families, and
communities all benefit from a strong rural agricultural sector.
• Use of Warrior biofuel reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
