Did you know that coffee could make you more tired, or that bananas can make you happier? How about that exercise can wake you up, or that studying outside could calm you down? We’re in the second week of our Feel Good campaign, making sure everyone gets through the next few months with as little unwanted stress as possible. As before, we'll be providing practical hints and tips on how changes to a few simple things (such as diet, caffeine intake, sleep patterns, and water consumption) can have a massive difference in terms of your happiness and mental wellbeing. There will be info boards in the Library with freebies being given away, a wealth of advice and info, and more to ensure you all get that Feel Good factor before summer rolls around. Week 4 is about sleep and caffeine. Healthy sleeping patterns are vital if you want to be able to retain facts and information. Caffeine may seem like a quick fix, but not only does it have a lot of unfortunate side-effects but it also isn’t necessarily the best way to stay alert. Warwick, I have one question for you, do you Feel Good?

Did you know that coffee could make you more tired, or that bananas can make you

happier? How about that exercise can wake you up, or that studying outside could calm you down?

We’re in the second week of our Feel Good campaign, making sure everyone gets through the next few months with

as little unwanted stress as possible. As before, we'll be providing practical hints and tips on how changes to a few

simple things (such as diet, caffeine intake, sleep patterns, and water consumption) can have a massive difference

in terms of your happiness and mental wellbeing. There will be info boards in the Library with freebies being given

away, a wealth of advice and info, and more to ensure you all get that Feel Good factor before summer rolls around.

Week 4 is about sleep and caffeine. Healthy sleeping patterns are vital if you want to be able to retain facts and

information. Caffeine may seem like a quick fix, but not only does it have a lot of unfortunate side-effects but it also

isn’t necessarily the best way to stay alert.

The Assessment

The sessions will be prepared for you, to an extent, and all you need to do is deliver them. The day is designed to

inform students about how University life is like rather than actually educating them.

Check out what is happening this week in The Copper Rooms

TUESDAY & THURSDAY: The Opera Society presents Ruddigore in The Copper Rooms from 7:30pm -

10:30pm.

The Baronets of Ruddigore are cursed. Anyone who succeeds to the title has to commit a crime every day — or

perish in inconceivable agony.

Robin Oakapple, a young farmer, loves Rose Maybud, but both are too shy to tell the other. But Robin has a secret.

He is really Sir Ruthven Murgatroyd, the rightful Baronet of Ruddigore, in disguise. His younger brother, Despard,

believing Ruthven to be dead, has assumed the title. Robin's foster brother, Richard, seeking Rose for himself, tells

Despard of Robin's deception, and Robin is forced to accept his true position, losing Rose to Richard in the process.

Now the Baronet of Ruddigore, Robin is confronted by the ghosts of his ancestors, who step from their picture

frames in the gallery of Ruddigore Castle to confront him for failing to conscientiously commit his daily crime. Can

Robin find a way of satisfying his ancestors demands whilst continuing to live a blameless life...?
