cessitate an appropriation of not lessthan MtM for repairs and proper fireescape facilities to make the buildingeven fairly safe and sanitary Thisamount for repairs can be dispensedwith obtaining immediately afterthe convening of the next session ofCongress an appropriation covering theamount estimated for the completion andequipment of the new hospital
