Holiday Giving ProjectThe SGA (Student Government Association) researchedand proposed several holiday giving project ideas; the staffand students students chose the Blind Center ofWashington. Check your child’s weekly teacher letter formore details on how your child can contribute to this worthy cause. Deadlineto donate is Friday, December 16th.

Intent to Re-Enroll FormsThe Re-Enrollment Intent form has been sent home with each K-11th gradestudent. You must sign and return a form for each child. Re-enroll forms aredue by TOMORROW Tuesday, December 6th . This secures and holdsyour child's slot for next year! Extra forms are available in the schooloffice. APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED…Sibling Applications for Charter EnrollmentParents of currently-enrolled students with youngerbrothers and sisters that will turn 5 years old by August31, 2017, must complete and return an application forthese younger siblings in order to reserve their slots in theupcoming 2017-18 Kindergarten class. Siblings in grades1st-11th who are not currently attending WMPCS must alsocomplete an application before the lottery in January2017. Applications are available on the website atwww.wmpcs.org. Middle School Shoe CollectionDeadline to drop off shoes: January 26, 2017The Middle School isconducting a shoe drive toraise funds for their spring tripto Washington, D.C. Fundswill be earned based on thetotal weight of the shoescollected as Funds2Orgs will purchase all of thedonated footwear. Anyone can help by donatinggently worn used or new shoes and dropping them offat the middle school. All donated shoes will beredistributed throughout the Funds2Orgs network ofmicro-enterprise partners in developing nations.
