Previous ConditionOil from spill catcher/sampling bucket was
collecting in used drum then deliver to WIDP for recycling
Oil deliver to PPLI as B-3 waste if mixed with other materials,
this condition took high cost and need special handling or
transportation
Facilities to be ProposedTo solve or handling oil waste at
remote platform,We propose to install Oil Recycle System at remote
platforms.Target installation in 2012 : WIDD, WIDB, NEIA
1. Square Tank.2. High pressure hose and fittings.3. Wilden
pumpClose drain system with active slop tankHot water source to

Work procedure to activate oil recycle system
Collect the frozen oil from spill catcher into square tankDilute
with hot water.Start pumping into close drain/active slop
tank.Continue pumping until finished ( see the following
picture)

ADVANTAGES OF THE OIL SPILL RECYCLE SYSTEM This system has been
proven well performed during big spill occurred in the last
September while PGF flushing 16 gas line from PLEM to WIDP
Experienced hundreds plastic trash bags of oil spill can be
recycling pumped into the system efectively
