are
driven here by this storm from heaven. Soon
tIle storms of hen will be beating against your
naked souls and you win find a heat from which
you can never escape. In
that

fires are never quenched and the worm dieth
not. I warn you to escape the wrath of God

Let

JUDGES THEMSELVES ON TRIAL 9
The fact that Jesus Christ was clothed with

Of the Judges
Since all authority proceeds from 'J ehovah
God he delegates power and authority to
others. This he does only after a trial and

beloved Son was God's active agent n

that
time God made a cove-

Jesus
that he should be the
great
Judge and Ruler of all creation.
But
before the
authority was fully
and
completely conferred
upon Jesus he must undergo a trial and be
judged and prove worthy. For tIn'ee and a
half
years Jesus was subjected to the most severe
test, which brought upon him much suffering.
He learned obedience by the things which he
suffered. Heb. 5: 8) He became obedient unto

f the Politicians
Those who exercise rule over the people are
pl'operly called politicians. One holding a ptlb-
lic office and who looks well to his own advan-
tage is a professional politician. Such in part
constitute the visible
part of
the ruling powers
over the people. A ruler is also ca lled a prince.
During
a political campaign such meu seek
office aud promise much to the people, lJUt
when eleoted, straightway forget their prom-

The

The
great

Satan, the enemy of God, has ovc1'l'eached the
