Women in IT Scorecard 2014 (e-skills-UK and BCS)
Recent data from e-skills and the British Computer Society in the Women in IT Scorecard shows that across the UK women make up 16% of specialist IT roles.
Wales is in fact doing slightly better than the UK average with 19% of IT specialists being women.
http://www.e-skills.com/research/research-publications/women-in-it/ WAVE wants to help to connect and raise the profile and visibility of
these women, and encourage others to join them for better pay and prospects.
