PROCESS

To ensure the highest possible quality of the end product, we’ve established an agile process which we passionately follow. The process consists of the following six phases:

This phase includes research, planning and consulting. Discovery phase is crucial for the process because it helps with gathering all the nessecary information needed, and limits the potential risks during the project. This phase serves as a powerful base for the entire project.

This phase begins with Interaction Design, which goals is to create a simple and effective user experience. After wireframes and sitempas are designed and approved, Neopix will design user interface for the pages definded in the previous phase.

Website mockups for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile version will be presented to the Client for comments and revisions. Neopix will revise this direction and present for final approval. Once this design is approved, it will be applied to the remaining pages in the development stage.

02: Design

This phase includes both Front End Development and Back End Development. Upon approval of design, Neopix will code each page using HTML, CSS and JS, and develop fully responsive frontend.

After the fronted is developed, we’ll setup WordPress as a CMS of choice, and we’ll implement the frontend into the backend.

03: Development

In this phase Neopix will be working on the Cross-Browser and the Cross-Platform Optimization. The product will be tested using BrowseStack, and manually on multiple Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8 and 8.1, and OS X), in multiple browsers (IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) and on multiple devices (iPhone 3GS, 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 6, 6+, iPad, iPad Mini, and various Android Devices).

04: Quality Assurance

Our goal in this phase is to introduce the client with the technology and the system developed. We will prepare a brief virtual session to walk the client through the backend, features etc.

05: Education5%

Finally, we'll setup a hosting server and make the website live. After the launch of the website, we will closely monitor and test user experience, and make sure we promptly make tweaks and updates if needed.

WARRANTY

Warranty

If the project passes the deadline for more than 10% of the total project duration, you would be entitled to ask for the reimbursement of 0.5% of the total project budget for each working day that passes, up to the amount of 10% of the total project budget.

We also guarantee our support to fix any bugs noticed on the live system for 30 days after the website launch free of charge.
