Reasons for Poor Result of Class XI

1. Students appeared in XI class were promoted to middle classes under NDP. Their standard was not at par

2. More strict invigilation was maintained in the annual examination.3. Large size of class i.e. 88 students because of acute shortage of class rooms

and sudden enhancement of students. 4. There was no IP teacher for 1st half of the session.

Steps to Improve Result of Class XI

1. Zero period will be taken regularly. 2. Special attention on weak students having direct contact with their parents. 3. Career counselling to the students from time to time to boost their morale

towards studies. 4. To create tension free environment in the class. 5. More stress on moral and value based education.6. Regular tests will be taken.
