who we arePSC Integrity (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2009. We first became a SANAS Approved Inspection Authority for In-service Inspections in 2011 and later on in 2014 as an AIA for new manufacturing, both “Type A”. Our overall quality assurance objective is aligned to the requirements of ISO 9001 and SANSA LVUP 084.

PSC Integrity is a company structured to undertake in-service and fabrication inspections. These services are designed to minimise the risk to our clients and to ensure legal compliance. We have clients in the Chemical, Petro Chemical, Food & Beverage, Mining, Transport and Power Generation sectors.

We also provide industry failure investigation services; consult on Risk-Based Inspection and extensions of normal inspection schedules for Hydro testing and internal inspections within the rules of the Pressure Equipment Regulations.

our servicesIf you are an owner, manufacturer, importer or supplier of Pressure Equipment as defined in PER Government Gazette No. 38505 as “steam generator, pressure vessel, piping, pressure/safety accessory, transportable gas container, and fire extinguisher and includes, but is not limited to, an accumulator, a hot water geyser and hyperbaric chamber”, with a design pressure greater or equal to 50kPa, you are required to ensure that the equipment complies to the Pressure Equipment Regulations and SANS 347.

FABRICATION INSPECTION AUTHORITY

PSC Integrity specialises in serving the fabrication industry to obtain Approved Inspection Authority approval on fabrication, modification and repaired pressure vessels, steam generators and process piping. This service is also provided to end-users performing fabrications, modifications and repairs on site. We pride ourselves in that we are positioned in the market to assist with breakdown services at any given time.

We also provide welding procedure and welder qualification services to the industry to most recognised safety standards. Our In-house professional Engineer will perform design verification on mechanical designs and drawings for pressure vessel and process piping as required by SANS347. Our resource pool allows us to perform and manage all aspects of inspections on owner user pressure equipment and all fabrication projects relating to pressure systems, storage tanks, mechanical structures and the likes thereof.

KINGSLEY DUBA

Kingsley Duba is the co-founder and Director of PSC Integrity, he is a serial entrepreneur. Kingsley is a also principal partner and consultant with a few other businesses where he undertakes the role of a project director on various multi-disciplinary projects in the Health, Transport and Information Technology sector. He was part of the team that was appointed to review the Limpopo Growth and Development Strategy. Kingsley is also the co-author of the Limpopo in Motion, a strategy document that focused on road, rail and air transport in Limpopo.

Kingsley was previously a lecturer of strategic planning & management at University of the North’s Graduate School of Leadership. He also served on the advisory council of the University’s Graduate school. He has served as a director and board member of Polokwane International Airport, Limpopo Road Agency and Small Enterprise Development Agency. He was also the chairman of the finance and procurement committee of both entities. He is currently a board member at Gauteng Enterprise Propeller. Kingsley is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

James is the founder and CEO of PSC Integrity. He has 25 years experience in the inspection industry. He started off in the Aviation industry and qualified as an aircraft inspector. James then worked in the Petrochemical industry, obtaining his IPE and CPPV status. He worked himself up as Inspection and Certification Manager for various AIA’s, gaining experience in the Chemical, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Mining, Transport and Power Generation sectors in South Africa and various places, globally. His drive for integrity in the inspection industry is what gave birth to this AIA.

Hanrick is our Technical Manager. He has 25 years experience as a design verification engineer.
