When it comes to tying the knot, Holiday Inn Wedding Planner’s are an important part of your special day. We

can accommodate every wish and family tradition to create lasting memories. Walk down the isle in our Grand

Ballroom or choose our beautiful Courtyard for your event. Our Grand Ballroom offers 4,400 square feet and

can serve up to 300 in a banquet set up or 400 for a cocktail reception. Our Courtyard has 1800 square feet of

space and can service 150 banquet style or 180 theater style.

Guest Guarantee— Final guarantee number of attendees for your catered function shall be provided to the

Wedding Specialist no later than 7 business days prior to your event. This number will be considered a guarantee, is

not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. The hotel cannot be held responsible for service to

more than 5% over the provided guarantee.

Payment— A non-refundable advance deposit of $1,000 will be required in order to secure these arrangements on

a definite basis. 50% of total cost due 3 months prior to the function. Full prepayment of the estimated charges

must be received by credit card, certified check or cash 14 business days prior to arrival.

Food and Beverage— To ensure the safety of all your guests and to comply with local health regulations, neither

patrons nor their guests shall be allowed to bring food and beverage into the hotel. The hotel must provide catering

and all alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by the hotel staff. All guests in attendance who are

drinking alcoholic beverages will be required to carry valid identification regardless of age. Our bartenders have the

right to require proof of age.

Outside Vendor— The hotel reserves the right to approve all vendors. A list of all vendors, including phone

number and contact person must be provided to the hotel, a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.

Decorations— Decorations may not be attached with nails, staples, tape or any other substance in order to prevent

damage to the fixtures and furnishings. Items or displays brought to the hotel must be approved by the Wedding

Specialist one week prior to event. The Banquet Staff will not be responsible for the decorating your event.

Parking—The Holiday Inn Dulles Airport provides free parking for patrons and guests during their scheduled

event.

Security—Holiday Inn Dulles Airport shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any articles brought

into the hotel.
