Asset Preservation

The Myers total solution is a 360° facility management program. Its goal is to reduce the overall cost of the maintenance program, while improving quality. Increasing organizational morale, safety and productivity while reducing product, equipment, and labor cost.

Bacteria Hot Spot Testing

ATP testing systems determine the cleaning efficiency and hygienic status of surfaces. The germs and bacteria are invisible but you can keep an eye on them through our new ATP meter- a System Sure Plus device that helps you detect residues and unwanted agents on the surfaces, so you can act upon and prevent the spread of breeding bacteria immediately. The ATP meter makes it possible to monitor just how clean surfaces are by detecting the level of microbial contamination on surfaces in just seconds.

UV LED Testing

UV LED Detector is designed for bed bug hunting, mold detecting, stain detecting, and body fluid locating with ultraviolet. Many times there is an odor in a room, but it may not be clear where it is coming from. UV LED Detector can help determine the location of an odor and make the cleaning job easier. Long wave UV light is required to find contaminants such as urine and mold.

IAQ Testing

The quality of indoor air inside offices, schools, and other workplaces is important not only for workers' comfort but also for their health. Poor indoor air quality (IAQ) has been tied to symptoms like headaches, fatigue, trouble concentrating, and irrita-tion of the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. Also, some specific diseases have been linked to specific air contaminants or indoor environments, like asthma with damp indoor environments.

Regulatory Compliance

We provide regulatory compliance training that will explain the SDS form and its use along with OSHA bloodborne pathogen issues and safety. HAZCOM and Right-To-Understand training will also take place and will include training manuals and enrollment forms. Myers will conduct a safety survey to make sure you have SDS center, blood spill kit, glove dispensers, and eye wash center in place.

Continuing Education Myers Supply is a CMI Certified Expert Training Facility to provide our customers with the Cleaning Management Institute’s Custodial Technician Certification Training Program. The Custodial Technician Training Program is divided into 6 classes Chemistry of Cleaning, Cleaning of Hard Floor Surfaces, Cleaning of Carpeted Floor Surfaces, Cleaning of Above-Floor Surfaces & Green Cleaning.
