Right 180o is the ultimate communications medium. Through the use of advertising, our subscribers get paid for their dissemination of our materials and we will deliver between 100 and 300 million electronic messages daily tagged with advertising messages.

Our market — or end user— is the advertiser. The U.S. ad market is $200 billion annually. We will capture .5% of that market. Our low cost branding and advertising rates and ability to generate hundreds of millions of impressions daily, which can be targeted by zip code, county, state, region, or nationally, enable us to offer our services to

both large and small businesses or their representative advertising agencies. The advertising agencies we canvassed recognized and were excited about our ability to market/brand everything from politics to the local diner or the fortune 500 company; and with our ability to deliver impressions at one half cent each, which is 50% to 75% below market, we will have a ready supply of advertisers.

Any business, government entity, charitable organization, political structure or campaign is a potential customer for Right 180o . Further, because our subscribers—those who disseminate our messages— are marketing to their personal network of friends, family, and associates, we will

create a warm marketing approach for our advertisers. This will result in a higher “open/view rate” resulting in very effective customer advertising; which in turn promotes loyalty, resulting in consistent repeat business. We estimate first year adjusted gross revenue will be in excess of $300 million. Year two projections include considerable growth and revenue exceeding $700 million dollars, with year three revenues approaching $1 billion and that in U.S. markets only.

Many of our subscribers have been cultivated over years through our networking with political, religious, charitable, and business organizations. We estimate that our universe here in the U.S. is around 100 million potential subscribers.

Because we are sharing revenue with subscribers and are dependent on utilizingonly an initial 1% market capture, we have in this system both a very attainable subscriber base as well as a very effective message delivery system.

To date we have organizational commitments of 250 thousand subscribers and which we’re in the process of transforming to Letters of Intent.

Each of our advertising messages or impressions will be cocooned in news headlines and stories which we

create, and will be placed in blogs, tweets, Facebook entries, websites or other social media vehicles. Each social media delivery medium will be rated for effect and carry with it a dollar value for the subscriber. At the end of each payment period, checks will be issued either to the individual or their chosen and approved organization(s), based upon their cumulative activity.

While the true end user will be our advertising partners for whom we bring advertising impressions to the market place, our success will be the unique ability to bring one million plus subscribers from Christian, patriots, businesses, foundations, and charitable organizations from around the country as one voice to generate as many as 300 million electronic messages daily.

We will have the ability to disseminate accurate information about issues, refute dishonesty or lies by media, politicians, or interest groups and change public opinion on important matters of the day.

We will, by our sheer volume, have the ability to both start and end national conversations. During the course of the coming months our ability to lay siege to issues will give us the ability to undo the lies that have heretofore clouded such issues as fiscal responsibility, social and moral issues, the size, scope, and reach of government, taxation and the like.

We will finally have the ability to help traditional, Constitutional candidates take back their cities, counties and states. We can begin changing the face, and often bad behavior, of the judiciary and those charged with dispensing law and justice.

From within our subscribers and even our advertisers, we will develop a Leadership Council who will help us launch and continue funding the Right 180o program.

Any category of business, foundation, charity, or religious organization may form a Leadership Council Team. A leadership Council Team consists of 2,000 individuals who request membership and submit the $100 annual fee to be a part of the entity’s Leadership Council Team.

The Right 180o Leadership Council Executive Committee reserves the right to change, amend, or end this program all together after year one.

By the end of year one, Leadership Council Members will have received back an amount one and a half times greater than their leadership fee. Our way of saying thanks with a 50% bonus. Each year Leadership Council Members will have the ability to renew their

membership with all of the rights and privileges afforded Leadership Council Members.
