Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services moved their flex plan
to American Benefits Group. We are very pleased with this
company. They have online enrollment, which is very convenient
for the associates. They also send an email as soon as the flex
card has been used and then a few days later, you receive another
email telling you if you need to send a receipt. Each time you
receive the email, your balance is included. Everyone l have dealt

experience so far is great. I have found our administrator, to be
responsive, polite and accommodating. Our companies prior
administrator was less than par and this is a refreshing change. I
am also appreciating the sophistication of their portals. A bit
complex, but very extensive.

I called because of an authentication request on an FSA claim that
was two days old (it was an office visit on Wednesday, today is
Friday). It seemed odd that authentication was being requested so
urgently on an office visit copay. Clay took my call. He was polite,
professional, and was able to authenticate the claim based on our
phone conversation. I could not be more pleased. Thank you very

I needed new flex spending cards. I emailed our client rep and got
a near immediate response that the cards were on ordered -I was
not required to log into a web based system. Its nice that AMBEN
