How the game is played:

The IDEMIA Challenge has five levels. Your challenge is to complete tasks and activities within each level to earn Points. You earn Points by answering questions, completing tasks and activities with other new hires that will orient and prepare you to hit the ground running. When you have earned the requisite Points for a level, you will Level Up. The goal is to earn all your points in each level and receive your Purple, Gold, Blue, Green, and Orange badges to complete your journey.

2.  How points are awarded: Points are awarded by answering questions, completing tasks, and activities within each level. See the summary for detailed explanation.

3.  How to move through levels: New hire and transfers move through levels in order. Each participant earns all the points for each level. After completion of the activity, each participant will e-mail responses (with a selfie) to HR and the Training Facilitator. Once validated, they will level up and move on to the next level.

4.  How will players know that they are meeting a competency goal or learning outcome: At the end of each level, HR and the Training Facilitator will award a badge based on answers submitted by the new hire or transfer. For example, after answering all the questions and completing the tasks/activities, HR and the Training Facilitator will submit a badge. After completing the ‘IDEMIA Roadmap’ and acquiring badges through each level a lunch with the executive team will comprise the final prize along with IDEMIA swag bag.

BingoEach participant will attend or watch via satellite the benefits and compensation presentation. Based on your card, you will mark each Topic area to achieve Bingo based on the facilitator topics. Topics are:

4 Universal Enrollment Services (UES) vs. Universal Enrollment Program (UEP)

Level IVParticipant will compete in a contest on Orientation Day 2. Orientation Day 2 is 30days from the date of hire. This day involves a welcome by an Executive Leader, and lunch with your team.

200 Points can be earned total, however, only 100 are needed to advance.

Play UES or UEP Quizanator. Your points for this level will be based on your score in the game. You must pass with a minimum of 100 points to advance pass this level.Topics covered:

5 Agent Career Path (ACP)

VAgent Career Path (ACP) is the opportunity to learn how to advance in the company. Participants complete tasks and activities online and in person. After a presentation, autonomy is provided to network and socialize that is comfortable.

Points are earned after the completion of each activity or task at this level. The goal is for participants to meet as many people online and face to face as possible. A total of 300 points can be earned. Participants can complete the level with a minimum of 200 points.

Activities and tasks include:

1. Attend a company event

2. Attend 4 training workshops

3. Tour the company’s facility and meet support staff (i.e. security guard)

4. Create an online profile on Socciable and post a video, share a post, and add a photo

5. Use the intranet to meet and have lunch with two other team members

*50 Bonus points for having lunch with two members from another
