Assignment 1:

Assume that there is a big business that intends to expand its operations and start to offer their services in Kuwait. The business competes in the furniture industry with a focus on providing furniture pieces that are made from steel. In order to offer their services, they need to open a new factory in Kuwait. They started to study the Kuwaiti market to understand how to approach it. Thus, the company decided to start by identifying the stakeholders of their business. Given your expertise in the field, they decided to hire you as a consultant to help them identify their stakeholders.

a) List the stakeholders that come to your mind for this business.

b) Distinguish which stakeholders among the ones you listed above are market stakeholders and which ones are non-market stakeholders.
