Salary: Scale 5 point 22 – 25 (£20,253- £22,212) Hours: 1 x Full time (37hrs) per week – Employed by Touchstone
1 x Full time (37hrs) per week – Employed by Leeds Mind 1 x Part time (18.5hrs) per week - Employed by Leeds Mind
Base: WorkPlace Leeds, De Lacey House, Abbey Road, Kirkstall, LS5 3HS
WorkPlace LeedsThese roles involve supporting clients on a 1:1 basis, with mental health issues, to gain employment. They also involve co-locating part-time within one of Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Community Mental Health teams and within one of the Adult Social care day services in Leeds and at our office base in Kirkstall.
The successful candidates will have: Experience of working with individuals on a 1:1 basis with complex needs? Experience in working in an employment or mental health setting? Be respectful, inspiring and empowering approach? Be open-minded and non-judgemental? Want to make a difference to peoples’ lives in supporting them to achieve their
employment goals Have pride and passion for this work? Have an understanding of the barriers that people with mental health issues may
face in gaining employment?
