Instructions to Print to Copy Machine.
1. Open attachment.2. Double click on zipped file that is now on your desktop.
3. Double click on Xerox_Print_Drivers….dmg.
4. Double click on Xerox Print Drivers 2.71.0.mpkg.
5. Click Continue.
6. Click Continue.
7. Click Continue.
8. Click Agree.
9. Click Install.
10. Type in your password if prompted.
11. Click on Icon on the right. Then type the appropriate IP Address in the blank below.
Elementary School Xerox10.107.17.44
Middle School Xerox10.107.17.46
High School Xerox10.107.17.45
Click the drop down box that says Select a printer model…Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Xerox Workcentre 5790, and click continue.
12. Click Continue.
13. Open System Preferences and click on print and scan.
14. Click on the copy machine that you have added. Then click options and supplies.
15. Click on Driver and select drop downs shown in picture. Then Click Ok.
16. Open a Word document to print a test copy. Click File. Then select print.
17. Click copies and pages drop down box and select Xerox Features.
18. This section will allow you to make adjustments to how the document prints.a. Two-sided Printing: Allows you to go from one side printing to two-
sided printing. b. Finishing: Allows you to select staples and hole punching.
19. You can also save your preset here, so that you do not have to go here each time.
